dogsitting and shopping =)

well this has been one interesting weekend i guess. i have been house sitting/dog sitting for my in-laws since friday. which means, i haven't been home to my house since then for more than 15 minutes. haha i can't necessarily say i'm too unhappy about it. it was a nice little vacation from my house. haha luckily, pat kept me occupied most of the time i was here. he took me shopping and up to the pagoda and then to his house to watch a movie. overall it was a fairly good weekend. but i must say, i can't wait to get back to my own bed! haha :)

so now i'm just chilling at their house until they come home. i have to babysit tonight (yay so much fun..NOT). but i have the rest of break off, which makes me happy. no plans for new years eve BUT i am going to hummels on thursday! yay!

on a side note: ian is officially back in germany. he was able to spend christmas there instead of in qatar. and now i get to talk to him more :) only 4.5 more months until he comes home! i'm so excited! haha and i think it will go faster, especially after break. everything for graduation and all of my class president obligations will def begin to kick in, so i'm sure that will make the time go a lot faster.

YAY!

so...two things:

first) IAN'S DEPLOYMENT ENDS TOMORROW! =) he leaves from qatar early tomorrow morning! i'm so excited. and i'm proud of myself and the fact that I have made it through our first deployment! he's going back to germany - and its only like 4 months and 3 weeks until he comes home! *big smile*

and second...

I LOVE TWILIGHT :D hahahahaha

and i love mandii guest as well! hahah

haha wow. its been like 3 weeks since i posted in here. oops :)

well i'm not really sure what has changed. december has just been mad busy for me! i have been babysitting and working and anything i can do to make money - just to save up to go to germany in june! but on a happy note - i DID get my passport and i'm sooooo excited! everything is beginning to feel official! ahhhhhhhh! :-D

i don't know what else :) haha things have been going pretty good lately.

got out of school early today because it was sleeting and snowing - and now the outside looks like a giant skating rink! haha but it was nice to have a night off! i got some of my christmas cards done! haha still not completely done tho! :D

AND today is one year since i've seen ian. one year ago, i was standing in the airport, saying goodbye to him - BUTTTT he'll be home in less than 5 monthsss! :D

welp thats it for not! peace outttt.

its starting to feel real.

So, its been a long time since I updated this thing, so I figured I would do it now while I was really doing anything. Nothing too much going on right now. Last day of our thanksgiving break, and i'm not looking forward to going back to school. The only thing I am looking forward to is christmas break, which is only 3 weeks away! :D

anddddd - I WENT FOR MY PASSPORT TODAY!! i should be getting it in a week or two! i am so freaking excited! its all starting to feel very real! like i'm actually going to germany in the summer! AND i'm going to nyc for the first time in june as well! YAY!

umm...let me see...i went to see Twilight...twice...this weekend! haha it didn't exactly follow the book but as a movie - i LOVED it! =)

There's really too much to remember from when I last posted. haha i should probably post in here more.

BUT ON A POSITIVE NOTE::::
only a little over 5 months until Ian comes home! =)

TWO . THOUSAND . NINE

so trysha posted about this on the board, but i thought this would be cool to post on here! i honestly can't believe that its the middle of november already. 2009 is right around the corner, which means that new years resolutions are beginning to form. i haven't really started thinking about resolutions exactly, but i have thought of some things that i am looking forward to in the big '09 =)

* FINALLY SEEING IAN AGAIN!!! ♥

* hopefully a proposal! hehe

* graduating from high school :)

* turning 18!!!!

* mine and ian's 3 year dating anniversary! lol

* starting college at valley forge christian college!

* leaving the country/going to germany

* meeting erika, alyie, tiff and meghann when i go overseas!

* meeting my weight goal (been a resolution for a LONG time, but i'm REALLY trying!)

there's probably a lot more, but those are the things i'm REALLY looking forward to in 2009!

wow.

so yeah. what a weekend. this was the first decent weekend i've had in a long time. it started on friday. we did like nothing all day in school, so the day went pretty fast. then friday night, i got Chik-Fil-A (yummm!) and then went to our rivalry football game! i got to watch football, hang out with my best friend, and hang out with my new friend kevin. i have never laughed so hard in my life. i will never look at subway or the number 11 in the same way again. we'll just leave it at that :]

then on saturday, i didn't really do much. i went to work, and then i came home to find out that i got accepted to BOTH of the colleges i applied to! (see post below) i am so beyond excited! :] and then i babysat for like 4 hours, and that was pretty much my saturday. nothing too exciting (except for the college part!! hehe)

today was a good day too. went to church and got to talk and hang out with kevin again! ahhh i love him! haha i called my best friend on the way home from church, and we decided to go shopping. went to her house and went to the mall. had subway for lunch - started bursting out laughing half way through the line because of friday night (don't ask! haha) laughed about that for the rest of the day. actually got to hang out, just the two of us. no other girls, no boyfriends... just us! :] got some amazing chocolate fudge, drank some amp. went into victoria secret (skank store according to kevin :P)

only a little over 6 months until ian comes home.

i miss him so much. can't wait until he's back here with me :]

HOLY CRAP!!!! lol so as most of the girls on my military forum know...

I HAVE SOME REALLLLLLY GOOD NEWS!

so i came home from work today and there was something from both of the colleges i applied to...

so i opened them up and read them and GUESS WHAT?!?!

I GOT ACCEPTED TO BOTH OF THEM!!!!

i am like beyond excited right now!!! :)

not too bad of a weekend :)

well, from my last post, this weekend has been pretty good =) i hung out a lot with my youth group. friday night i did some stuff at church. then saturday i went to work, and after work came home. it rained like ALL day! did some cleaning around the house, did a little reading. then i was supposed to go to a corn maze with my youth group but because of the rain, we decided to go play laser tag instead! =) it was so much fun! after laser tag, we went back to the church and had cupcake and hot chocolate for rikki's (ian's sister) birthday! it ended up in a giant chocolate icing fight. it was so much fun! haha

then today i went to church. came home. we finally winterized the pool. played some guitar hero 3 on the wii. and now i'm killing some time until youth group. haha i love my youth group! :] back to school tomorrow for another week!

and some good news on the ian front. not only is he still looking at rings, but i found out he will be leaving his deployment a month early. which means he'll be going back to germany in december instead of january! :] i can't wait to be able to talk to him again. only 7 more months until he comes home!

i can't keep up with this =(

i hate attempting to keep up with this thing. i have been SO beyond busy in the last couple weeks =( i have been babysitting my ass off, just trying to make money and try to save up for different things (including germany and my car insurance). it sucks. i have been working so hard, i barely have time for myself anymore. i'm physically and mentally exhausted but i can't stop doing what i'm doing, because i need the money...

today was the worst day i've had in a long time. i miss ian. i'm pretty sure everyone already knows that, but i just thought i'd put it out there. i miss him a lot. and i'm sick of people in my school. people who don't think before they talk, and don't really seem to care about the feelings of people around them. i'm tired of hearing people complain that they haven't seen their boyfriends for two days. i'm tired of hearing people complain that they didn't get to talk to their boyfriend last night. I'M SORRY - I DON'T FEEL BAD FOR YOU! i haven't seen my boyfriend in 10 months and i still have 7 to go, and i haven't talked to him in 2 weeks. i don't feel bad for you. try and walk in my shoes, and maybe i'll care a little.

people just don't think. people made me so mad today that i was on the verge of tears all day. i'm so sick of this. i hate it. i'm apparently not aloud to have bad days. i always have to be up-beat, but sometimes, i just have these days.

i'm just ready for it to be may. i want him home. so maybe that all of this will get a little better. but for right now, i have my two "guardian angels" who are helping me along the way, and i thank them.

i still have a very full week ahead of me...this sucks =(

separation sucks =(

last night was such a bad night for me. actually, all day was bad for me! i miss ian so much and i'm really just ready for this whole separation to just be over! it has been 9.5 months already - and i still have 7 months to go. and i don't want to sound like i'm whining, because normally i wouldn't write anything about this at all. :( i just miss him so much. i wish i could talk to him more or see his face. sometimes i just lay in bed and just try to remember what its like to have him laying there next to me...

i know, sad...right? but sometimes thats all i can do.

well i have off from school today, so i'm hanging out for a little then i'm going over to becca's house to watch some SUPERBAD! haha and play a little guitar hero. maybe lock conner in a closet :]

exhausted!

haha wow. i am completely exhausted from work. i know that i made this on like tuesday or wednesday, but since then, i really haven't had time to post anything! haha :) but i'll do a little catch up now!

THURSDAY - so yeah, i went to school. had a pretty crappy day. nothing wanted to go my way. ughh. went to school and work. and then me and my sister went to the guy's soccer game at school. i was only there for like 15 minutes, and it made me miss soccer so much! haha but then i went to hummels (line dancing) and that was actually kind of boring because no one was there - and my dance partner wasn't there. ughh. lol

 

FRiDAY - went to school and work again. nothing too exciting happened again. lol then i came home and hung out for a little bit. then picked my friend becca up and we hung out for a little. went out with my parents and played some pool and stuff. then had PIZZA HUT!! :) haha watched some superbad :) and then went to bed around 1 am. haha

TODAY - woke up around 7. had to work at 8. dropped becca off at home then went to work. today was the first day of buck in archery season, so i spent most of this morning skinning deer and stuff. haha now i'm home, not doing anything. i have to babysit later tonight. in about 2 1/2 hours. as for right now - i'm just gonna hang out for a little.

well, since everyone of us on the SB has one of these, I figured I would make one too. There is really nothing much going on here. I know, not very exciting. haha just finished homecoming week, so that is a huge weight off of my shoulders. Next project = graduation! haha i guess thats what i get for being class president! haha :)
